The service at a glance

What do you receive from an SEO audit?

An SEO audit provides a current-state assessment, documented findings and a prioritised action plan. Important issues are connected to pages or examples, with recommendations and a way to verify corrections. Navanem states the coverage, available evidence and limits of the analysis. Implementing the changes is a separate step to agree.

A DIAGNOSIS YOU CAN ACT ON.

Declining visits, a planned redesign or difficulty being found can justify an audit. These situations do not necessarily require the same work. We start with the question to investigate, the affected pages and the decisions you need to make. The report should help you choose what follows, with your own team or through further support.

A defined scope

We identify the domain, languages, page types and important journeys. On larger sites, we distinguish discovered URLs, analysed pages and sampled checks. Partial coverage is reported explicitly.

Crawling and indexing

We examine crawler access, HTTP status codes, indexing directives, canonicals, redirects and sitemaps. Search Console can add evidence when access is available. A sitemap alone does not prove that pages are indexed.

Structure and content

The review considers page purpose, titles, answers, organisation and links. We identify overlaps, difficult-to-discover pages and missing information that prevents visitors from evaluating your offer.

Experience and performance

Mobile journeys, loading and visual stability are examined with appropriate tools. Laboratory measurements and real-user data are distinguished. Missing field data is not reported as a successful result.

Evidence behind findings

Each observation identifies the relevant URLs, the condition examined and supporting evidence. The report separates confirmed errors, hypotheses and opportunities. Technical recommendations should be understandable to the person implementing them.

An actionable plan

Actions are ordered by expected impact, dependencies and estimated effort. The plan proposes an owner and a verification step. Estimates help organise the work; they are not guarantees of commercial return.

How we work

FROM IDEA TO DELIVERY.

  1. Frame the question

Define objectives, scope and the access required.

  2. Examine the site

Combine crawling, page review and available data.

  3. Present the findings

Explain the evidence, limitations and proposed priorities.

  4. Plan the next steps

Choose corrections and agree how their implementation will be checked.

Our own work

Experience with structured websites

ITHub and CtrlAltNod provide public examples of directory and editorial platforms that inform our practice. Their project pages explain the products and design choices. They do not replace an audit report for your own website.

A first step to agree together

LET’S SET THE DIRECTION.

Share your website URL, the issue you have observed and any recent changes. Initial scoping defines coverage, data sources and the reporting format. Additional access is limited to what is useful for the analysis.

THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

Can you start without administrator access?

Yes. Some checks use public pages. Search Console, analytics or internal settings provide additional evidence. The report explains what was verified and what remained inaccessible.

Are corrections included?

Diagnosis and implementation are separate scopes. Your team can handle the corrections, or further support can be agreed after the findings are presented.

Will I just receive a score?

No. A score alone cannot guide decisions. The report should contain page-specific findings, priorities, dependencies and verification criteria.

What budget and timeline should I expect?

They depend on page count and types, languages, access and the analysis required. Scope is clarified before a proposal; a single fixed duration is not applied to every website.
