The service at a glance

What does a business website project include?

A business website presents your company, services and work, then guides visitors towards an enquiry. Navanem agrees the pages, content, visual direction and required features with you. Scope can include a CMS, several languages and a contact form. Online selling and customer portals require their own scope and operational requirements.

A CLEAR OFFER. A SITE OF YOUR OWN.

Your business has changed, your website no longer represents it, or prospective customers struggle to understand your offer. We start by organising the message: who do you help, in which situations and with what evidence? Those answers shape the journeys and pages. Visual identity supports that experience on a phone as well as a large screen.

Pages that serve your business

Home, services, company information, work and contact: the structure follows visitors’ questions. A service deserves its own page when it addresses a distinct need. The page list is agreed before production.

Your content and evidence

We review available copy, photographs, work and business information. Writing and image preparation can be included. Client references and testimonials are published only when supporting information and the necessary permissions are available.

A recognisable visual identity

Typography, colour, imagery and composition give the site character. We present a direction through actual page designs. Readability, contrast, keyboard navigation and mobile use are part of the acceptance criteria.

A clear enquiry journey

Phone, email and forms appear where they support the journey. When a form is included, we define useful fields, submission confirmation and how enquiries are handled. Receiving a message should be as clear as sending one.

Search visibility foundations

Each page has a purpose, a title and relevant links. We prepare crawlability, metadata, images and the agreed language versions. These foundations help people and search engines understand the site; they do not guarantee search positions.

Management after delivery

CMS selection depends on who will publish, how often content changes and which integrations are needed. We clarify access, documentation and responsibilities. Hosting, domain management and maintenance are scoped and assigned explicitly.

How we work

FROM IDEA TO DELIVERY.

  1. Scope

Define audiences, services, the desired action and available content.

  2. Design

Agree the page structure, visual direction and initial pages with their copy.

  3. Build

Develop the agreed features, integrate content and check the journeys.

  4. Hand over

Prepare launch, access and instructions for future updates.

Our own work

Projects that demonstrate our design approach

Lopiku and Tatan & Avouchka illustrate our work on identity and content journeys. They are our own projects, described in context. Their project pages document this practice without presenting them as client commissions.

A first step to agree together

LET’S SET THE DIRECTION.

Tell us about your business and services, and share any existing identity and content. We can then define a page structure, production needs and delivery criteria. The proposal separates design, writing, development and selected options.

Engagement formats

A FORMAT FIT FOR THE NEED.

Format, timeline and budget are defined after scope discovery. No price or outcome is stated without verifiable inputs.

Focused diagnostic

Findings, evidence and priorities for an agreed scope.

Remediation sprint

A defined set of verifiable fixes with before-and-after checks.

Implementation project

Design, production, validation and staged release.

Ongoing support

An agreed rhythm for measurement, prioritisation and improvement.

THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

How many pages will we need?

That depends on your services and the questions visitors need answered. We begin with a useful structure and distinguish launch requirements from future additions. Page count alone does not determine website quality.

Will I be able to update the content?

Yes, when independent editing is included in the scope. We select a suitable publishing tool and plan a handover. A static website can also suit infrequent, supported updates.

Do I need to supply all copy and images?

You provide accurate business information and the rights to material you share. We can organise it, write copy and prepare imagery. This work should be included in the proposal so responsibilities and review stages are clear.

Can the site be in French and English?

Yes. We agree which pages need translation, who reviews them and how visitors switch languages. Both versions should present a consistent offer and appropriate contact details.
